Our gift certificates pack pure pleasure onto little credit-card like plastic cards. They are packaged in a 4"x6" sleeve, the facing side of which has the gift description and a personal message, as well as the to/from info. This is put in a fitted blue Tru envelope or packaged in an optional gift box (pictured to the right with included sample products).

TruGifts can be made out for any amount over $10, or they can used to purchase specific spa treatments. However, if you are worried about making the perfect gift selection don't fret: your recipient can use the value of the gift toward the treatment(s) or product(s) of their choice. Its truly a hassle-free gift. Gifts can even be used to pay gratuities.

Gifts can be mailed to the recipient, to the purchaser, or can be held at the spa for either party. Regular mail (without a gift box) is free, and we also offer Fedex delivery anywhere and same day courier delivery to the San Francisco area (courier orders must be done over the phone). Processing is a flash: Regular mail orders in by 3pm (Pacific) are mailed the same day, and Fedex orders received by 4pm are sent out the same day. Weekend orders are sent out on Monday. 

To redeem a gift, the recipient simply calls and makes an appointment at their convenience as they normally would, and presents the gift at time of check out. Unused amounts remain on the card, so the recipient can simply come back to use the balance. You can also call us at any time and add funds to a card, which is handy when your wife comes home from Tru so beaming and radiant that you realize you have found the secret to marital bliss.

Gift purchases are not refundable, but they may be transferred by simply giving the card to somebody else. Gifts do not expire.

This is so easy, your recipient can even lose their unused gift and we will still honor it. If you remember to give us their name and some baseline information such as a phone number and/or address, we can look them up in the computer. If we don't have that, we would need to contact you for some basic information.
