General Information
We require a major credit card to secure and confirm appointments.  No shows or reservations moved or canceled within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

We will send you a reminder email two days before your appointment. You do not need to do anything, as your appointment is confirmed unless we hear back from you.  Please note that once you book your appointment is considered booked and confirmed at the time of booking.  The email is sent as a courtesy.

To ensure that you receive the entire treatment you have scheduled, please arrive early enough so that you can check in, change and/or shower if appropriate, and be in the designated waiting area at the time your appointment is scheduled to begin.

Please let us know if you are pregnant, have allergies to shellfish or nuts, or are on any medication that affects the skin, or have had a deep chemical peel, laser treatment, or excessive exposure to the sun. This could be pertinent to your treatment depending on the treatment you are booking.

The reservation lines to our Day Spa in San Francisco are currently manned Monday through Friday, 9am to 7pm. We do accept phone calls on weekends and after hours for last minute appoitments and appointments five days or less in advance, but due to limited resources we request that you call during the weekday reservation hours for appointments more than five days in the future.  To make a reservation, please call 415.399.9700, and press #1 at the auto attendant.
